Automated Weather System Software (AWS) :
Azure has developed this product for Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), under Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India and presently it is successfully running at Integrated Test Range (ITR) - Chandipur. There are some ongoing discussion by some other Meteorology Laboratories in India, who are interested to procure this product from Azure. The Automated Weather System Software serves the following purpose:
- The software fetches the data from DCP and stores in the computer. The data are captured from the Sensors and AWS is network compatible such that at a time any station data can be accessed.
- It records the extreme value of the parameters in between two recording interval.
- Stores the data in a data file in the hard disk of the computer for historic usage or for statistical analysis.
- The software also shows real time graphical and numerical representation of Meteorogical parameters.
- It displays multi parameters on-line.
- AWS software displays atleast one parameter of differently located AWS in graphical and numerical form.
